Bus and Shuttle

The hacienda is approximately 30 min away from Merida’s downtown. We have rented 2 modes of transportation for you to use on the way to the Hacienda. These will depart from the Hotel Hilton Villa Mercedes. If you’re not staying in this Hotel, just head over there to catch the transportation at the times below:

 Pick up address: Av. Colón 500, Centro, 97000 Mérida, Yuc., Mexico

 Times for Pick up to the wedding: Bus at 4:40 pm; Shuttle at 4:55 pm

While we would love for everyone to stay until the very end, we understand some of you may want to leave a little earlier, so we have programed 3 different return times from the Hacienda to the Hotel.

Return to the hotel: Shuttle at 10:45 pm, 12:30 am, 2am; Bus at 2:00 am only.

Uber

Fortunately, there is Uber in Merida and it’s an affordable option if you can’t catch the transportation above or if it’s simply not convenient to you.

We would like to emphasize that cellular signal may be scarce in the Hacienda, so if you’d like to make sure to be able to return to your destination using Uber, we highly recommend you to schedule a trip through they app ahead of time.  This way a car will pick you up at the time you request.

Car

For those of you who plan to rent a car while in Merida, please let us know if you plan to use that as your transportation to the wedding. We will need to let our wedding planner know that you need parking at the hacienda.

In addition, as there will be alcohol available during the cocktail hour and reception, please plan accordingly if you plan on drinking. If you want to drink without worries, we highly recommend that you do not drive a rental car to the wedding.
We, of course, want all of you to return safely to your hotels.
